Nice moves
MCG kicked off the summer with a series of four promotions for members of the team.
Following her success as the CIPR's Young Communicator of the Year for Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, Rebecca Douglas has notched up another achievement becoming MCG's first Associate Director. The promotion is recognition of Becca's integral role in the growth and development of the business since her appointment.
Katie Hayes has achieved one of the thirty things she wants to do before her thirtieth birthday by becoming an Account Director. Katie joined MCG just 18 months ago and has quickly become an important member of the senior team, embracing both consumer and business to business accounts which benefit from her enthusiasm and insight.
Kyla Flynn has been promoted to Account Manager and will be bringing her skills to bear on a wide range of accounts including Weight Watchers, TaxAssist and CP Foods. And last but not least Rachel Husband moves up to become Senior Account Executive.
Commenting on the promotions Director Sarah Chadwick said: "We are lucky to have a team of enthusiastic and hardworking professionals at MCG. Every member of the team has made a significant contribution to the success of the business during challenging financial times and we believe that it is the quality of our people that will stand us in good stead for the future."
