Collaborating for business
MCG is working with universities across the region to promote their partnerships with business in the Centres for Industrial Collaboration (CIC) programme.
CICs have been established to bring business and academic expertise together in the Yorkshire and Humber region. Established by Yorkshire Forward, the network is unique in the UK and has so far resulted in 1400 collaborations and generated £50m research income. MCG is working with the Digital Print CIC at University of Leeds, Environmental Technologies CIC at University of Hull and Precision Technologies CIC at University of Huddersfield.
