Fancy a brew?

MCG PR has been shortlisted by industry bible PR Week as one of the best places to work in the industry. We were chosen from more than 100 entries as one of a handful of PR companies in the UK that create a great working environment for employees.

Entrants are judged from their responses to PR Week's annual Best Places to Work Survey which covers everything from staff retention rates, flexible working policies and training to benefits and the fun stuff not to mention the quality of our hot drinks.

Director Sarah Chadwick says: "We're delighted to have been shortlisted for this award. It's important to us that our way of working and the environment we have created is inspiring and positive. When we established MCG we wanted it to be a happy place to work and whilst we can't always influence the external factors that impact on the team, it's good to know that our policies compete with the best in the country."

The entry asked members of the team to give a testimony about the company. Account Manager Joss Rankin talks about why MCG is a good place to work:

"MCG makes great tea; I'm not going to lie and we're pretty fantastic at PR too. Whether it's a past, current or future client, a friend or one of our many visitors, they all say the same. We make great tea.

We see what MCG does in the PR industry a bit like making a really decent brew. Our tea pot is always clean and is stable, solid and built on trustworthy foundations. We only use the best ingredients with each member of the team being handpicked and what comes out is clear, honest and tastes great. We only add in the extras if you want us to and it's always presented well in teacup and matching saucer.

Fancy a brew?"

Results are announced later in May.
