MCG puts a spring into Damart’s new collection
The fashion team at MCG PR has been busy launching Damart’s 2016 spring/summer collection starting with an event for key journalists at Cowshed Spa in London’s Shoreditch House.
Hero products from the new collection, which includes this season’s must-haves stripes and florals, feature in a Look Book given to all journalists and bloggers and MCG PR’s sample room has been busy sending out key pieces for forthcoming shoots across the globe.
And already coverage is starting to feature in key titles including Sunday Times Style Magazine, Chat, Mail Online, The Sun, Woman’s Weekly, Yours, Take a Break, Now, Woman’s Own and My Weekly.
Running alongside this is the Confident You campaign which includes videos, customer emails and social media content in which stylist, Julie Dickinson gives tips on how to wear the key pieces, including a series of Facebook takeovers with followers having the opportunity to receive personalised style advice on the new collection. There will also be collaborations with top bloggers who will style key pieces from the collection.
Damart’s New Senior Customer Experience Manager, Ben Phillips said: “This fully-integrated approach to publicising our new collection across all the different platforms using a variety of campaign tactics is already bearing fruit. We are seeing not only journalists but social media followers and customers alike engaging with the SS16 collection and there’s even more to come as we move through the season.”
