Damart Pink Vest
We're proud to say that for the fifth consecutive year Damart will create a limited edition pink vest to raise funds for Breast Cancer Campaign, with help from MCG. Over the past four years the pink vest has raised more than £70,000 for the charity and has become an important part of Damart's PR activity creating 136 million opportunities to see.
Most of Damart's customers are older women and so when Damart was looking for a charity to support, we suggested a breast cancer charity would be a good fit. And so the idea of a limited edition pink vest was born with all profits going to Breast Cancer Campaign.
Our list of pink vest models reads like a page from OK or Hello: Nell McAndrew, Debra Stephenson, Natasha Kaplinsky, Kay Mellor and Gaynor Faye have all succumbed to our persuasion and modeled the fashionable thermals. The latest famous face to sign up to the cause is Coronation Street's Alison King, giving us a chance to generate lots more media coverage including Hello Magazine and Grazia alongside strong coverage in regional newspapers across the country.
This year Damart will be going a step further with a limited edition T-shirt for Heart Research which will expand our opportunities to raise funds for an important charity and raise awareness of Damart's fashion credentials.
