Charles Yorke offers each customer a personally tailored service which can take a number of months. In order to achieve coverage for the company's work we need customers to allow the media into their homes and to agree to interviews and photography at the end of the project.

We work as an integral part of Charles Yorke's marketing function which enables us to ensure that our activity is consistent with advertising and printed material. MCG also contributes to Charles Yorke's product planning process suggesting PR-led product development.
