When I look at the shortlist I feel very proud of the breadth of the awards we have been shortlisted for – Corporate and Business Communications for Tax Assist Accountants, Best Campaign for £10k and under for Aspiral Clocks, Best use of Media Relations for Weight Watchers Chilled Prepared Meals, Best Newsletter for CP Foods and Oustanding PR Consultancy for us. I think this testament to the extent of our experience and the range of services we offer. But, this is a joint celebration and we can’t bask in all the glory on our own, as these are our clients’ successes too. Without them we wouldn’t be in a position to devise and deliver these campaigns.
It’s not just us at MCG showing depth and breadth – when you look across the region there seem to be some pretty exciting and innovative campaigns and I am really looking forward to attending this year’s event. Sometimes you go along and it’s the same campaign/client entered into several categories, but there doesn’t seem to be this trend this year.
We all have our fingers (and toes) crossed and we are very proud to just be shortlisted in five categories for five very different campaigns.
Thoughts are now very much on a PRide Awards outfit – so any recommendations much appreciated.
